Terms & Services

Please read through the ToS prior to ordering!!! Failure to comply with ToS will lead to your name being denied.

General Information.

- All prices are in USD via Paypal.
- Google Forms will be used for ordering commissions. Any other form/method used to order will lead to an automatic denial to your commission order.
- I reserve the right to refuse an order.
- I will pick and choose which commissions I feel comfortable doing.
- All art (excluding Live2D models/rigs and Reactive PNGS) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you are interested in a Commercial Commission, please email or dm me.
- I like to post WIPs of the things I work on. If you would like for me to keep the commission a secret until it is complete(or just a secret in general), please let me know!
- References must be photos. Either in Full Color, Black/White (Please include color palettes if this is the case), Mood Boards, and the like. Description of visual appearances will only result in an automatic DECLINE.

Payment

- Payments will be paid in USD through PayPal Invoice.
- You can wait until after I send in a WIP SKETCH to pay the invoice. Once the sketch has been sent, I will not resume working on the commission until the payment has been made.
- Full Refunds will be given if I have not started on your commission.
- Partial Refunds will be given if you request a refund after I have started on your commission. The refund amount will depend on how far I had gotten with it. The incomplete commission will also be sent along with the refund.
- Refunds will not be available if you, the client, are not happy with the completed commission.

Communication

- I will communicate with you using your preferred method out of the two choices: Email or Twitter DMs.
- You may email or DM me on Twitter for updates/WIPs of your commission.
- I send the first WIP once I complete the sketch. This is the perfect time to request any changes/revisions.
- You are granted THREE revisions. Any revisions after will be charged extra.
- I will send WIPS when asked!
- Any Rude/Disrespectful commissioners will have their commission immediately cancelled and will be refunded based on how complete the commission was at the time.

Permissions/Copyrights

- I retain full rights over the commissioned work. Although you are the commissioner, the art still belongs to me.
- The commissioner is not permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned work as their own!
